Is there such a thing as ethical headhunting?

So as the competition for staff bubbles up once again, I thought I’d find out the rules by which headhunters play. It’s a dark and murky world, but surely they have a code of practice? An honor among thieves type thing.

Quick look for ‘headhunting ethics’ – maybe not then. Obviously an oxymoron.
